19yrs of experience has allowed him to craft some of the most mouth-watering dishes to grace a table. His unique style of cooking comes from a passion that you can identify with when you meet him. (He always makes an appearance in the restaurant).

Chef Singh has been accredited with the position of "Executive Chef" at some of the most exclusive 5* Hotels on the planet (The Oberoi 360 was ranked in the Top 15 best hotels in the world for example), where their customers expect nothing less than the best.
